Welcome to Best of Athens Rentals Providing Quality Off Campus Housing for Ohio University and Hocking College Students.

Quarterly Parking is available in three lots.

Sonic Lot (pictured) is across the street from Sonic Resturaunt on Stimson Ave.$200.00/ yr
Marked Lot is behind the houses on Stimson Ave. (next to AmVets) $200.00/ yr
Penderford Lot is on the corner of Mill St. & Elliott St.(behind the houses) $450.00/yr

Stimson Avenue Parking is $200.00 for three quarters or $75.00 per quarter (Sonic & Marked lots)
You may pay the $200.00 in two payments. Simply pay $100.00 now... We will bill you for the balance during the winter break.

Mill Street Parking is $450.00 for three quarters or $150.00 per quarter (Penderford lot)
You may pay the $450.00 in two payments. Simply pay $225.00 now... We will bill you for the balance during the winter break.

During the Summer you may purchase parking in advance by printing the parking application... filling it out and sending a check. We will mail to you the parking pass with directions to find your lot.
