I have had extremely good experiences with Best of Athens. Their staff is always kind and professional. I’ve been a tenant with them for almost two years and have never seen them once pass up an opportunity to go above and beyond. Maintenance is quick, units are well kept. I’ve had less than ideal experiences with landlords in the past, and Best of Athens seems to do everything in their power to break that mold. This company is wonderful.

Rented from them for 3 years, the office workers were amazing and understanding. Whenever someone asks about who to rent from, they are my first choice. House was pretty decent and rent was extremely cheap. They really made my experience in Athens awesome!!!

The BEST landlords of ATHENS, OH. It’s scary renting in a town full of bad landlords. If you’re looking for the most affordable, best places (off street parking most likely included w washers AND dryers), and great staff Best of Athens is your choice. Will 10/10 rent with them again.
